The hotel's central location near the football ground was convenient. the proximity to the center of Ipswich, the lovely garden, and nearby areas like the top of the shower head and coat hangers were all positive highlights of the stay.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was central, near the town center. The in-house bar was comfortable and inviting.

Breakfast was good and plentiful for a very reasonable price (£7.50)
It smelled intensely of litter tray in the bathroom, but otherwise the bathroom was clean.

The breakfasts here are really generous, and the bacon is the best I've tasted. The central location of this hotel, right by the Greyhound pub, is very convenient and comfortable.

We appreciated the comforts of this great budget hotel. the location was central, unbeatable on foot or by public transport. - Plus, it was very close to Marina Bus out side door direct into town centre.

Was near and handy for being near to friends, Was a good location came over to go to the British Grand Prix. Staff were helpful and friendly although did not spend a great amount of time there as was out and about.

Location was good for city travel and shopping. Clean rooms but plugs for kettle was awkward. No WiFi/internet connection on both days, although connection details were given.The breakfast was nice and filling, but a little expensive. The rooms were comfortable.
No internet connection was available on the days we stayed.The breakfast was expensive, but nice. Not able to open the windows in one room. Not able to close the window in another room. toilet seat was broken and loose in one room. Difficult to put on the bathroom light.
